We are thrilled to announce that Family Hearing Centers is now Family Audiology and Hearing Centers. This change reflects our growth and commitment to providing the best hearing healthcare services to our patients.

Exciting Changes:

  1. Expansion: We have acquired Maze Hearing Centers and welcomed their talented Audiologists to our team. Additionally, we have hired more Doctors of Audiology to better serve our communities.
  2. Enhanced Services: In addition to our core services of hearing aids and hearing tests, select locations now offer balance testing, tinnitus management, and earwax removal services.

Our Unwavering Commitment:

While our name may have changed, our core values remain the same. We are dedicated to treating our patients like family, educating our communities about hearing loss, and leveraging our experience to help our patients hear their very best.

What Our Patients Say:

"Great service, very thorough. Answered all our questions and explained all about hearing aids. Appreciated the time Dr. Parker took explaining everything since this is our first time getting hearing aids." - Linda G.

"Dr. Angela is wonderful with my mom. We found her after mom moved in with me. She explains things for mom and makes sure she understands. Today, I found out I need hearing aids, too. Dr. Angela was wonderful about showing me what I was experiencing." - Deanna A.

"I have been a customer of this practice for a few years now and can confirm that the staff are totally professional and knowledgeable audiologists. Jaime has provided very caring service and ensured my hearing aids were the best for my needs and were optimally configured. I highly recommend this business!" - Tim B.

Welcoming Dr. Paige Parker:

We are excited to introduce our newest Audiologist, Dr. Paige Parker. Originally from Ohio, Dr. Parker holds a Doctorate of Audiology from Northwestern University and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. With diverse experience in private practices, ENT clinics, and pediatric settings, Dr. Parker is committed to encouraging patients to take an active role in their hearing healthcare. She will be serving patients at our Urbana and brand new Springfield locations.
